The dissertation is devoted to ensuring the quality of conical holes' precision processing on the basis of new design solutions and research of dynamic interactions in the process of cutting. Analyzed are the peculiarities of conical holes' precision processing to identify the problems of the ensuring the existing methods required accuracy. Identified are the conditions for the machining quality improvement of through the development of new reaming designs and methods. Improved is the unilateral cutting tool's broad edge reamer design.
