The thesis is devoted to the development of automatic control system, which takes into account the change in fuel quality and the analysis of the energy characteristics of cogeneration power plant (KEU) under the conditions of work uncertified fuels. Improved mathematical model of dynamics based on energy and material balances, which differs from the known fact that allows to take into account the change in fuel quality.
