The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of the formation mechanisms of the system of investment and innovation to ensure integrated development. The concept of a regional system of innovation and investment activities on the basis of integration-differential approach, which is based on the mechanism of differentiation of investment projects according to their innovative methods to optimize support for different groups of investors, and the integration of innovative projects implemented by creating a portfolio of programs and projects to achieve a synergistic effect. The system of indicators to measure innovation investment at a regional level.
