Psychological mechanism of conformal behavior of group political decision makers is defined as a logical sequence of processes of actualization and development of conformal behavior leading to the pre-programmed results (change of person's position in favor of group majority, leader or ruling authority). Substantial and processual characteristics of psychological mechanisms of conformal behavior of those who are taking group political decisions are identified.
