Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimizing surgical treatment patients with reccurent dislocation of the shoulder through a differentiated approach depending on the nature and extent of damage stabilizing structures of the shoulder joint. The study is based on the analysis of long-term results oft reatment and examination of 169 patients with recurrent dislocation of the shoulder. Profound scientific data on the effect of the combination of bone defects of the glenoid and Hill-Sachs damage the stability of the shoulder joint by studying changes in the stress-strain state of its elements at different positions of the upper limb. Defined biomechanical aspects of the operation efficiency Latarzhe in patients with recurrent dislocation of the shoulder. The method of comparing surgical treatment protocols and data magnetic resonance imaging depth knowledge of informative research method specified in damage different stabilizing structures of the shoulder joint. On the basis of long-term results of treatment the effect character primary injury, the dynamics of disease progression and the age of patients on treatment outcome. The factors of recurrence risk of shoulder joint in stability sales developed indications for the use of different methods of surgical treatment.
