The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological grounding principles and develop practical recommendations on the formation mechanisms of regulation of spatial development of the city. The concept of spatial regulation of the big city, based on the model of socially-oriented local real estate development of urban areas based on the principles of public-private partnerships (government, business, public), which allows to link the spatial development of the city with the interests of local territorial communities .
