The thesis deals with the solution of a scientific and technical problem of service life increase for the railway tracks under non-public railways operation due to structure and maintenance rates implementation for the rail joints. The calculation method was developed for the rails as beams for bending that rest on many elastic and dissipative supports with variable-rate of rails rigidity in the area of joint, the researches concerning joint specification influence on the rails flexural stiffness in this area were done. The vertical forces of special and specialized railway stock impact on the railway track were determined with numerical and experimental methods. The structure and maintenance rates of the railway joints for different operating conditions of non-public railway tracks were developed on the basis of the done researches. The permissible speeds were proposed for the railway stock under deviation from the joints maintenance rates.
