Essay

The problems with mixed boundary conditions (Dirichlet-Neumann) in the chosen variable and certain conditions in the other variables (periodicity, almost periodicity, conditions of Dirichlet type et al.) for hyperbolic and general (no type restriction) partial differential equations and systems of high order, and also for some classes of equations with pseudodifferential operators, in bounded and unbounded cylindrical domains, have been investigated. The conditions of unique solvability in various functional spaces of the problems have been established.
