Thesis deals with the actual problems of increasing accuracy and extending the scope of the most effective and non-alternative continuous optical temperature control of metal alloys in a production environment with unknown constant or accidentally changing emissivity. The problem is solved on the basis of relationships emissivity metal alloys on medium and symmetrically distributed over the spectrum boundary wavelengths. With the use of established laws, developed mathematical models and modern optoelectronics created linear and universal methods and means of multicolor symmetrical-wave pyrometry radiation (SWPR) metal alloys. Developed technique and equipment for experimental studies of metrological characteristics of multicolor SWPR. Optical continuous thermocontrol provides stable reception of steel with specified properties at the lowest possible resource consumption and maximize performance of metallurgical equipment.
