Solved scientific problem of improving the adaptive process of control sorting lump ore based on fuzzy determine of its mineralogical and technological varieties by video tracking of set of ore pieces and contactless monitoring of visual and physical characteristics of the ore pieces. To improve the efficiency of the control process of automatic lump iron ore sorting during transportation on the conveyor the method of recognition of mineralogical and technological varieties based video tracking of pieces and fuzzy clustering restored values of electromagnetic permeability, size, color and weight of the ore pieces in multidimensional space from using fuzzy knowledge base that can recognize types of rich and poor in hematite ores. The method of operational monitoring of characteristics of lump ore flow based on nondestructive testing and video tracking in conditions of the video sensor noise compensation of in the single frame which is carried out of using a complex method of Richardson-Lucy and adaptive median filtering. The method of automated process of lump ore sorting control in the flow on the line based on fuzzy inference. The method of forming the automatic process of lump ore sorting control during transportation on the conveyor was proposed. Industry - automation of management processes (engineering science).
