Within the dissertation proposed and ascertained mathematical models of mechanisms of optimal regulation of dynamic processes which take place in functional systems of respiration, cardiovascular, erythropoiesis, immune response to viral diseases and heat transfer. Conducted a computer analysis of their joint functioning with the aim of ascertaining the nature of intersystem interaction mechanisms of functional systems of an organism under extreme conditions.
