Kinetic and thermodynamic regularities of the synthesis of nanoparticles of silver and copper, their impact on the size of obtained nanomaterials were established and was developed the kinetic model to describe of the stages of formation and growth of nanoparticles of silver and copper in terms of homogeneous nucleation for calculation of constants of rates and activational parameters og the process . The influence of silver nanoparticles on the tribological characteristics of steel pairs under friction in the aqueous medium has been studied. The efficiency of the use of nanoparticles as an additive-remetallizants to engine lubricants was shown. The antimicrobial activity of obtained sols relatively to microorganisms Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was tested.
