The thesis is concerned with theoretical and experimental investigation of the developed hinged sectional working element of a flexible screw conveyer aimed at improving its operational characteristics. In order to solve the stated tasks analytical dependences for the determination of rational constructional and energy-power parameters of the hinged sectional working element have been deduced. Performance tests of the designed screw conveyer have been conducted and its technical and economic characteristics have been stated.
