Essay

The purpose of work is to determine patterns of change in the radius of impacts influence and air pressure in the borehole and in the justification of the method parameters pneumodynamic stimulation of methane in surface degassing boreholes. The object of research. The process of effective intensification of gas to the surface degassing boreholes. Subject of research: patterns of change in the process parameters influence on pneumodynamic impact coal-rock massif through surface degassing boreholes for the extraction of methane from coal deposits. Research methods. To achieve the objectives were used: an analysis of the state of the near-wellbore zone and ways to influence the stress-strain state of the rocks around it; analytical methods; statistical analysis for regression equations in research by full factorial experiment; experimental studies changes of air pressure in the borehole of the process pneumodynamic impact on coal-rock massif; test method on surface degasification boreholes in an industrial environment. The practical significance is to provide: techniques for experimental work and industrial testing method for degassing coal rock mass for enhanced recovery of methane through the surface degassing boreholes with pneumohydrodynamic impact (pneumo impact); the method pneumodynamic impact on coal-rock massif through surface degassing boreholes; intensification of technological schemes of gas to the surface degassing boreholes; the technical requirements to the way degassing coal rock mass and stimulation through surface methane degassing boreholes with pneumohydrodynamic impact;technical specifications for the SOU-E "Rules of pneumohydrodynamic impact for degassing and methane production stimulation through surface degassing boreholes". The implementation the results. The main results of research the author used to develop eight additions to the project of intensification of gas from SDBH: MT-340, 1185-D, 1186-D, ZD-2, ZD-4, D-5, ZD-5 and ZD-8 on PC "Mine to them. AF Zasyadko". Developed SOU-E "Rules of pneumohydrodynamic impact for degassing and methane production stimulation through surface degassing boreholes" and technological regulations. As a result of the method of PDI produced about 41.68 million m3 of methane. The actual economic effect of using the technology intensification gassing of SDBH amounted to 5.9 million UAH.
