An object is calculation descriptions of maximal flow of spring tide of right-bank part of pool Pripyat; an aim is a scientific ground and practical realization of new methodology for determination of calculation descriptions of maximal flow ; methods are a statistical analysis of temporal rows with subsequent geographical generalization of his results; results - worked out and realized at regional level scientifically-methodical base for determination of parameters of calculation model, including on condition of absence of the direct watching her separate constituents (by duration slope inflow of the melted waters to the river-bed network and русло-пойменного adjusting of high water); novelty - grounded and the new variant of calculation base will be realized for setting of norms of descriptions of maximal flow of the rivers; from the operating in Ukraine normative document of SNiP 2.01.14-83 he is distinguished universality, from the point of view of size of водосборов, and selection in the separate categories of factors of the inclined and river-bed flow; worked out and realized at regional level scientifically-methodical base for setting of parameters of calculation model; the degree of introduction - implemented; application domain - hydrometeorological departments, water agencies, local self-government.
