The actual scientific and technical problem of increase of power overall performance of air lifts due to transformation of the developing projectile air-and-water stream in close to developed with increase in lengths of liquid traffic jams in lifting pipes discrete supply of compressed air is decided that provides decrease in power consumption of gas-liquid elevators to 21 ... 22 of % in comparison with traditionally working. The mathematical model of working process of an air lift with the developed projectile structure of an air-and-water stream on the basis of the equation of the movement of a liquid stopper in a lifting pipe that allowed to prove influence of lengths of structural formations of a projectile stream on giving and a consumption of air of the elevator is developed. The numerical solution of the specified equation of the ascending movement of projectile gas-liquid mix for conditions of air lifts with the above-stated geometrical parameters allowed to prove limit energetically expedient values of relative lengths of liquid traffic jams of a projectile air-and-water stream, components = 5 ... 6. Possibility of streamlining of the developing projectile structure of traditionally working air lift in close to developed with increase in lengths of liquid traffic jams on 30 ... 40% and increase of efficiency on 21 ... 22%.
