Essay

The scientific problem posed in the dissertation is about increasing of the efficiency of diamond grinding hard alloys forming the direction by limiting of the working layer with inclusion stress in the most intense area of the "grain-sheaf" system was resolved. It found that one of the ways of increasing efficiency of grinding hard alloys is management of forming the cutting surface of diamond wheels. Pattern formation of working surface profile of the grinding wheel depends on the processing conditions. Theoretical length of forming of main cutting edge (MCE) can be seen as an indicator of tools performance. The proposed methods of calculating the theoretical length of the forming of the main cutting cone (MCC) as a function of acting on the grain-sheaf boundary stress, which allows us to set the rational cutting conditions or use the grinding wheels with recommended physical and mechanical properties. The influence of the conditions of the grinding process on forming the cutting surface of the grinding wheel was analyzed in it and proposed method of determining its geometry in the radial direction. Obtained complex dependences for the calculation of efficiency of hard alloys processing by cutting conditions. Developed the recommendation on the use of diamond grinding wheels for hard alloys.
