The work is devoted to solving scientific and applied problem - ensuring effective management of power consumption by improving the design and evaluation of existing systems of management and to ensure their use in combination. Developed the theoretical basis and formed practical approaches to study the motivation of electricity market subjects and consumers by analyzing regulatory and legal support for power consumption management using a model of text analysis and information retrieval.Developed methodical approaches of consumer groups formation to provide integrated management of power consumption, which is implementation justification for efficiency of an integrated approach to the management of power consumption, allocation and assessment of relevant indicators by using clustering methods and mathematical statistics. The use of the term "control power consumption indicator ", which formed the basis for power consumption management impact assessment, which appears appropriate in the performance of supervisory functions for power consumption mode. Developed a methodology for an integrated approach to assessment the management apply of power consumption at different levels of energy industry.
