Zyhulya S. Technological quality assurance and performance properties of sheet-fed offset presses contacting pairs

Despite the large number of studies on solving the problem of improving the print's quality scientist have not managed to get universally clear answer to the dependence between the process of printing cylinder surface finish and print's quality parameters. The parametric system of duplex printing process is proposed in a thesis for a first time, the components are integrated workflow of printing cylinder surface treatment, surface quality parameters of the printing cylinder, printing machine performance, consumables properties and print's quality parameters. The mutual influence between technological modes of processing, the parameters of printing cylinder's surface quality, printing equipment performance parameters and print's quality parameters was determined for the first time.
