Moshak O. Regional management of development of agricultural sector.

The theoretical bases for provision of effective regional management in the process of providing development of agricultural sector are studied. The analysis is made of preconditions for functioning of the agricultural production with definition of regional peculiarities of its development, such as: natural and climate, historic and economic, geostrategic and ecological peculiarities. The construction of "SWOT-matrices" on the base of conducted SWOT-analysis made it possible to compare the factors influencing the provision of effective management in the sphere of agrarian development of Transcarpathian region. It is substantiated, that development and implementation of the strategy for perspective development of agricultural sector determines the necessity of solving problems by means of uniting efforts of the state, represented by local governments, local bodies of self-government, local communities and regional science. The model of regional management of agricultural sector was improved, which made it possible to conduct the analysis of certain tasks and outline the elements for estimation of its efficiency. A stagewise organizational mechanism of improvement of regional management is suggested, basing on the completion of complex analysis of economic activity of agrarian enterprises, revealing problems in development of agricultural sector and selection of instruments for regional management with further assessment of gained result.
