For the first time determined the nucleotide sequences Bmy1 and Bmy2 genes of 21 species of the family Poaceae, held their Bioinformatic analiz.The possibility of using b-amylase sequences as molecular phylogenetic marker at different taxonomic levels. A molecular genetic study of Bmy1 and Bmy2 genes of the family Poaceae. Investigated the geographic distribution of alleles detected in Bmy1 barley varieties, distributed in the Eurasian.
