The work highlights the research intensity of heavy metals bee pollen, bee bread, homogenate and the development of measures to improve the quality and safety of these products in the areas of man-made honey contamination of agricultural land. On this basis developed a method of reducing the concentration of heavy metals in bee pollen. For the first time pollution intensity Pb, Cd, Zn i Cu protein product of beekeeping, improved technology and the production of pollen bee bread to locally heavy metal contaminated lands honey.
