Dissertation is devoted to the fulfillment of the important scientific task of developing the methods and the algorithms for improving the accuracy, the reliability and the speed of the computerized fiber-optic control systems for the geometrical parameters of the complex-shaped objects. The new models of the design of the computerized measuring systems which use the fiber-optic interferometric sensors that, in their turn, provide a significant increase in the accuracy of measuring and reduction of the time used for measurement operations were developed and specified. For the first time, a method for controlling the profile of the part surface by the laser computerized information-measuring system, which differs from the existing ones by taking into account the changes in the intensity of the reflected laser beam on the angle of the incidence that enhances the reliability of the parts control parameters in real time was invented. The parametric model of the functions of fiber-optic systems transformation, which reckons the influence of the design parameters of brute force values on the conversion function, and provides the ability to create sensors with the desired properties was suggested. For the first time, the models of the transmission of information streams of the computerized fiber-optic data-measuring systems with the high metrological characteristics were developed; in contrast to the known ones, they use fiber optic sensors of all subsystems in a complex way. The method of signal processing of the intermode fiber-optic interferometer that provided an opportunity to improve the accuracy of the measurements and to obtain the reliable information about the parameters of parts under the conditions of barriers was improved. The computerized fiber-optic information-measuring system can be used as an exemplary one for the control of the geometric parameters of the parts at the industrial enterprises; it allows reducing the time for the information processing at more than 32% in the process of the control objects identification. The mathematical models of the fiber-optic information-measuring systems for the control of the parts surfaces within the accuracy of 200 Nm which allow processing information in the real time were implemented in practice. The gained results of experimental studies on the accuracy of the control of the parts geometrical parameters confirm the effectiveness of the developed and the improved methods and hardware, as well as the prospects of the use of fiber-optic data-measuring systems.
