Tatarchuk M. Repeated differentiated surgical interventions in patients with peripheral nerve trauma of the upper limbs

Dissertation is dedicated to improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with peripheral nerve injury by developing of indications and improving criteria for selecting the optimal tactics of repeated surgery. Refined diagnostic methods of examination possibilities of neuro-motor apparatus of upper extremities as the main criteria in choosing the tactics of treatment of this pathology. Data of medical histories of the most common types of surgery were analyzed that made on the previous stages of treatment and needed repeated or re-stage surgery. Clear indications defined, volume of surgical intervention and optimal time to repeat certain type of surgery at injury of peripheral nerves of the upper extremities. The postoperative treatment results were analyzed of repeated surgical treatment of peripheral nerve injuries. Based on research were developed medical diagnostic and rehabilitation package of measures to assist with traumatic injuries of peripheral nerves of the upper extremities.
