Mhamad A. Improving the technology management resource allocation packet networks

Dissertation work is sanctified to the exposure and use of possibilities of reduction of system errors of adaptive control, and also to being of methods of transformation of non-stationary streams of traffic in the quasistationary segments of trends of this traffic with the aim of removal of basic obstacles on the way of the use of method of adaptive control of node equipment (ВО). The analysis of possible ways of improvement of technologies of management allocation of resources of package networks is conducted. It is shown that this technology needs an improvement two directions: reduction of system errors of underestimation of stripe of key-in of ports of key equipment of D (-), that result in the losses of packages, and modification of algorithms of smoothing of traffic for forming of quasistationary segments of trends. With an aim realization of improvements is worked out technology and corresponding facilities of forming of package traffic, that provides possibility of transformation of non-stationary streams of packages on quasistationary segments. Offer facilities of averaging and forming allowed get the quasistationary, properly smoothed out trends of streams of packages on the inputs of ports of ВО. Plugging of these facilities in the system of adaptive control allowed strengthen to possibility of prognostication and, the same, to decrease the amount of system errors of discrete-adaptive management.
