In the Thesis we study the asymptotic behaviour of eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of singularly perturbed boundary-value problems for the 2nd and 4th order elliptic operators which describes vibrations of mechanical systems with a finite number of the stiff light-weight or the soft heavy inclusions of arbitrary shape.
