Essay

The object of research - the interaction of electromagnetic field with a non-ferromagnetic thin film, in which a signal is generated that contains information about the presence of structural defects. The purpose of research - increased sensitivity to identify defects such films by using a resonant screen eddy current testing. Research methods: the position of electrical engineering, mathematical analysis, numerical methods for approximating functions, methods of electrical measurements. Theoretical and practical results: the use of this method of control allows you to create a new type of efficient instruments for eddy current testing of non-ferromagnetic thin films. The novelty: for the first time developed a method of resonant screen eddy current inspection of thin non-ferromagnetic films on the dielectric basis, which includes the excitation of two local electromagnetic fields, one of which responds to the presence of defects of the films and the other does not respond, the definition changes the voltage amplitude of the electromagnetic field and the decision about the quality of the film largest difference signal recorded amplitudes. The degree of implementation of the results results are implemented on SSPE "Corporation Kommunar" and the State Instrument Plant them. Taras Shevchenko "Monolith KhGPO" in the educational process NTU "KhPI" and KhNURE. Scope: Electron industry, aviation and space technology.
