The thesis is devoted to improving the efficiency of dairy many assortments, by improving automation systems by using algorithms, procedures and methods of cognitive approach. By the systems analysis and technological complex dairy plant and its operation performance, is determined that the dairy plant is a complex organizational and technological semistructured system that operates under uncertainty (demand, seasonality, energy costs etc.). The total control system technological complex includes automation system modes of operation of the equipment and intelligent decision support system (DSS) that solve the following problems: cognitive-scenario management with the release of the most profitable product mix and determining energy efficiency strategy for the use of equipment, based on pre-planned assortment directly related to the operation of automated controls.
