Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of important marine energy research and applied tasks to ensure efficiency of ship shafting in the conditions basing on operational impacts and accidental damage of the power plant and the ship as a whole. The developed actions algorithm of the operator SPP showed that only having evidence-based recommendations for evaluating the time till the loss of efficiency by radial slide bearing with a water content of lubricating oil, can really solve the problem of maintaining the ship propulsion in extreme sailing conditions.
