Essay

The optimization of diagnosis and treatment of psoriatic arthritis is presented in dissertation that is based on the study of clinical, laboratory, structural and functional abnormalities and their interrelations. It is set the reliable dependence of functional insufficiency degree and PASI index due to the activity of autoimmune humoral reactions. The performed investigation confirmed, that the roentgenologic changes in psoriatic arthritis are polymorphic, at that time tendosynovitis and enthesopathies were more often verified during magnetic resonance tomography and ultrasound examination of the joints in comparison to the X-ray. The reliable diagnostic value of CD4+, CD19+, immunoregulatory index, IgА and circulatory immune complexes was established. It is proved, that plasmapheresis and the methotrexate are effective so for skin lesions as for arthritic syndrome.
