Klymenko A. Agroecological substantiation of using Biopolitsyd and Ecotone in growing corn

The thesis research the expediency of using Biopolitsyd and Ecotone on the maize crop in the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine. Ability of Paenibacillus polymyxа strain 6M colonize different ecotopes maize root zone has been established. Seed pre-treatment of corn by Biopolitsyd enhances soil biological activity. By improving nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition of plants increases the photosynthetic activity and biometrics corn. The increase in grain yield with inoculation is in the average 13.3% for 2011-2013. Seed treatment by Ecotone, which has a biocide and growth-stimulating abilities, improves the phytosanitary condition of maize agrophytocenosis and provides an increase of productivity of green mass of corn by 16.6%. The growth of maize vegetative organs in variant with Ecotone was better at 25% then control. High-tech protective-stimulating mixture for the treatment of maize seed on the basis of biological agents of Biopolitsyd, which helps to improve the sown quality of corn seeds and allows to make an advance treatment was created.
