Kaplin M. Optimization of the system of fuel supply based on the network representation of the modified model of production type

Based on the analysis of the structure and functions of the advanced countries fuel supply system the conceptual properties of the model of delivery of energy resources, the requirements to formalization of its elements are defined. For the first time it is proposed to generalize the objects of flow models to the level of representation of multi-product production and transport systems through the introduction of analogies with objects of production type models based on the concept of the production activity. For taking into account the volume factors of energy security in economic and mathematical model of fuel supply, new constructive elements of network structure are proposed, providing the basis for evaluating the influence of restrictions of energy security on the fuel flow distribution.
