Essay

A problem of 2D diphasic unsteady filtration of the multicomponent hydrocarbon mixture (for any number of wells and mixture components) has been studied with regard to the phase transitions in conditions of heterogeneous strata. The problem is described with the set of nonlinear partial differential equations under appropriate initial and boundary conditions. The applicability of the proposed technique for optimizing gas-condensate recovery is illustrated by the example of simple model reservoirs under different operation conditions in both depletion and cycling modes.
