The object of study - the formation of a local deformation of the action of the heat source in the manufacture of composite products and safety devices. Subject of research - processes of formation of permanent connections with local heating. Methods: determination of residual deformation on models with the use of strain measurement method, finite difference method for modeling the stress-strain state of the elements of composite structures, methods and equipment to assess the reliability banded products. The paper presents a new approach to the formation of permanent joints in the manufacture of banded products, is the impact on the bandage local source heating (arc, plasma jet, a gas burner, etc.). Using software ANSYS implemented numerical model and graphical analysis of the stress-strain state of the composite products. Made three-dimensional visualization technology options assembly.
