The thesis unleashed actual scientific task to improve the accuracy of forecasting the cardiovascular system by developing mathematical models of the dynamics of rehabilitation processes and methods for their identification. The research includes the development of a mathematical model of tolerance to long not intense physical activity of the patient, the mathematical model of model of tolerance to submaximal exercise, proposed method of forecasting state of patient during rehabilitation, comprising identify trends in submaximal values of cardiovascular system and the correction coefficients and initial values of the model in the next stages of rehabilitation.
