Serediuk O. Рісеа abies L. in the stands of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe zone (condition, propagation, growth and development cultivation)

The thesis is devoted to the study of the state, growth and development of Рісеа abies L. in stands of the Right Bank Forest-Steppe and identifying effective ways to improve methods of propagation. It was determined that conditions of the natural and forest vegetation region of research are acceptable for growing of an artificial, high productivity plantations of Рісеа abies L. The state of Picea abies L. in the different purpose stands were estimated. The dynamics of growing plant material of Рісеа abies L. at forest companies in Right Bank Forest-Steppe region were analyzed. The influence of a number of plant growth stimulant on seed germination, survival and growth of seedlings of spruce in the created forest cultures, were researched and selected their optimal concentrations. Optimal conditions for propagation of plant regenerants and their adaptation to in vivo for mass providing of clones of plus trees Picea abies L. with using clonal micro propagation, were determined. The influence of root nutrition by different types of growth stimulants on the seedlings growth of Picea abies L., were researched. Efficient substrates for cultivation of plants material of spruce with closed root system were defined. The technology of growing of container culture for Picea abies L. was established.
