Essay

The thesis is devoted to the diagnostic, clinical course and treatment of osteoarthritis with dyslipidemia. During the scientific research the relationship of various stages of osteoarthritis (ОА) with lipid metabolism was studied. By using clinical, laboratory, ultrasound, X-ray methods of research it was evaluated the state and dynamics of inflammation, especially its features, depending on the disease course. The role of inflammatory markers, such as proinflammatory cytokines blood serum levels (IL-6, TNFalfa, CRP) were investigated, depending on the course and severity of the pathological process.Based on the dynamic observation data effectiveness of various therapy programs were evaluated in patients with ОА
