The thesis is devoted to the research of the absorption and influence of the ions of metals: Mn2+ (0,1; 0,2; 0,5 mg/dm3); Zn2+ (1,0; 2,0; 5,0 mg/dm3); Cu2+ (0,001; 0,002; 0,005 mg/dm3); Pb2+ (0,1; 0,2; 0,5 mg/dm3) and diesel fuel (0,1; 0,5; 1,0 mg/dm3) during 1-7 days on the intensity, direction and localization of lipid biosynthesis in Chlorella vulgaris Beij. in order to develop technologies improving the biosynthesis of lipids for biofuel. Established qualitative and quantitative composition of lipids in cells in aquaculture and for the actions of investigated factors, changes in value of certain lipid classes for growth the content of triacylglycerol whith increasing the functional role of phospholipids in protecting cells to the action of factors. For the first time revealed reduce the size and number of chloroplasts whith their ability to decrease biosynthesis of lipids for investigated factors. It found activation of the biosynthesis of lipids in the cytoplasm of chlorella. Installed energetic and substrate providing biosynthesis of lipids in chlorella in stressful conditions.
