Khoroshylova I. Development of transport system in the context of the infrastructure of cultural provision of the region

Clarified the nature of the transport system of the region. The indicators to assess the development of the transport system in the region are identified. The systemic key issues of the transport system development of Ukraine and the strategic directions of development are identified . Methodical approach to the analysis of the transport sys-tem of the region in the terms of its infrastructure provisioning is formed and used . The procedure for conducting a situational assessment for the development of the transport contract system in the region is formed. It justifies the sequence of actions to apply a logical approach to development of the region transport system to create a transportation and logistics center. The levels of transport-logistic functioning center of the Kharkiv region and the main types of transport-logistic functioning costs center are defined. Fundamental approaches to definition of the transport system devel-opment directions of old industrial regions on the basis of logistic approach are developed. The stages of scenario creation and functioning of transport-logistic center in Kharkiv region are defined.
