Essay

Dispersive model of the deformation dependences of total (Brag and diffuse) integrated intensity of dynamical diffraction in crystal with defects partly phenomenologicaly is developed in the thesis. For phenomenon of dispersive mechanism of influence of microdefects and macrodeformations on total integrated intensity of dynamical diffraction (TIIDD) a detailed analysis is presented and particular features of manifestation are established. As shown, the influences on Brag and diffuse parts of multiple (dynamical) scattering are different that provides unique sensitivity of deformation dependences (DD) of TIIDD to presence of microdefects in crystals. The selectivity of the DD TIIDD sensitivity to that type of defects, which gives determining contribution to TIIDD in the chosen diffraction conditions and the intervals of the elastic deformation variation, is also established. On the basis of the developed models a combined diagnostic approach with unique sensitivity and informativity about parameters of several types of microdefects is constructed by means of combining methods of deformation dependences of total integrated intensity of dynamical scattering in different diffraction conditions and different intervals of the elastic deformation variation.
