The thesis is devoted to development of technology of complex processing of bagasse pulp pumpkin obtaining lipophilic extract and its standardization. A result of researches produced and standardized lipophilic extract from pomace pumpkin pulp, which has antimicrobial activity. On the basis of pharmacological studies have proven anti-inflammatory and protective effect of prostate of lipophilic extract.
