Algorithm of integral assessment and developed new indices that allows to determine the natural resistance, intensity of hydrobiological processes, anthropogenic transformation of environmental conditions and implement priority ecological measures for restoration of hydroecological regime was offered. Namely peculiarities of autotrophic process were considered, evaluation of anthropogenic load on Dofinovskii, Grigorievskii and Tiligulskii Estuaries. Structure of priority actions aimed at restoring the hydroecological state of Dofinovskii Estuary was developed.
