object of the research: the inflammatory process in experimental animals (rats, mice) and in patients with rheumatoid arthritis Firstly it was studied the phagocytic activity and oxidative burst of neutrophils and monocytes using flow cytometry in experimental animals with acute and chronic inflammatory arthritis. It was specified the scientific data of the effect of reactive oxygen and nitrogen on different stages of the inflammatory process, and it was observed the growth of the superoxide radical rate generation in the case of acute and chronic inflammation on the base of the growing of superoxide radical rate generation. It was updated the scientific data of the hydrogen sulfide effect on the inflammation development in experimental rheumatoid arthritis. Firstly it was, shown that the collagen arthritis in experimental animals and in patients with RA, the serum immunoglobulin IgG have some proteolytic activity against histones. Proteolytic active IgG-antibodies are a potential biochemical marker of the predicting of rheumatoid arthritis development.
