Essay

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific and technical problem, which is to improve the efficiency of blast furnaces through the creation of system of formation of mixed portions of the charge. It is shown that the functioning control system is possible only if reliable means of measuring geometric parameters portions, adequate value depending on the area of costs outlet funnel weight, and the algorithm of the system in conjunction with current information of the process of mixing. The algorithm of the system considering the location specified components, their ratio in portions, total volumetric productivity of conveyor, variable geometry unloaded material in conjunction with current information of the process of mixing. Found that developed control system allows the formation of mixed portions form a portion of any structure that is defined by the operator using timely information on the process of mixing. Industry - automation of management processes (engineering science).
