Essay

The thesis deals with the substantiation of mining hydraulic mechanization processes parameters whereas rheological characteristics and highly concentrated hydraulic mixtures current features for reducing of energy and water consumption technologies for extraction and processing of minerals. It is proved that the rheological properties of hydraulic mixtures from cleaning rejects correspond to the model of Binhama-Shvedova and values of initial tangent tension and effective viscosity depending on the mass concentration change exponentially. For the first time Shezi formula for the non-pressure currents of hydraulic mixtures was summarized based on their rheological properties. It was established that the dependence of stationary hydraulic mixture layer length from the angle of the tray slope is described by an exponential function. Algorithms of designing and testing calculation of hydrotransport that transports TCG and of appropriate non-pressure cleaning rejects systems storage were developed. The model of non-pressure hydraulic mixture current that flows at an angle to the horizon that makes it possible to substantiate the parameters of new cleaning rejects storage technology based on the formation of fixed layer of critical thickness on the slope surface. The results of the thesis were used to develop "The methods of calculating the parameters of pressure and non-pressure hydrotransport of highly concentrated pulps" that transferred to the PE "Ukrainian Research Institute of rail carriage coal preparation" and the National University of Water and Environment. Laboratory stand was approved based on the method of estimation of the rheological characteristics of coal sludges with concentration of paste that was tested and transferred to JSC "Prosyanskyy" ore-dressing and processing enterprise and Prydneprovskaya laboratory OP "Ukrainian Research Institute of rail carriage coal preparation" PE "STC" Coal innovation". The expected economic effect of the developed method was 350 thousand UAH.
