The thesis is devoted to the study of the responses of metal-keeping and stress inducible proteins metallothioneins (MT) in the liver of carassius Carassius auratus gibelio and frog Rana ridibunda under the effect of cobalt- and zinc-contained nanocomposites (NC) based on the vinilpirrolidone and their compounds (ions of cobalt and zinc and polymeric substance (PS)) and the interrelations of these responses with the state of the systems of antioxidative defense and xenobiotic detoxification.
