Al-Sammarraie M. Development of decision-making methods in generalized transportation problems with a fuzzy structure and their application

The dissertation is devoted to the development of decision-making methods in generalized transportation problems with fuzzy sets: suppliers, consumers and transmission lines. The methods provide maximum reliability of the feasibility of the transportation plan and reliability of its unfeasibility of not more than the set number with the minimum cost of transportation. The developed method of solution of the product transportation cost minimization problem with a fuzzy set of decision maker's goals. The method ensures the choice of rational decisions with set levels of guaranteed membership degree to the goal set and its reliability. The developed methods were realized in environment Win-QSB and were applied for the computation of streams in a network with a fuzzy structure.
