Analysed the process of development of the Greek-Catholic Church in the USA (at the end of ХІХth–beginnings of ХХth century). Explained the historical and canonical precedent of emergence of the greek-catholic episcopacy on territory with Latin-rite predominance and influence of this process to interritual relations. Reviewed the peculiarities of formation of the organizational structure, canonical status and internal position of the Greek-Catholic Church in this country.
