Essay

The dissertation thesis is devoted to development of technology of automatic submerged cladding by controlling the metal transfer, implemented by high-frequency vibrations of the electrode wire produced using a special pulse generator. It is found that with increasing frequency and amplitude of the vibrations of the electrode the amount of heat transferred from the arc to the electrode and the mass of the weld metal increase.
