Chervonenko I. Structural synthesis of an automated control system for pumped-storage variable-speed hydropower units

The object of study: the processes of management of power units of hydropower plants. Objective: to improve the system of automatic control reversible hydro units to increase their efficiency when operating in a mode with variable speed. Methods: methods of automatic control theory, optimization theory and methods of mathematical modeling, hydrodynamics and theory of hydraulic machines, theory of electrical machines. Theoretical and practical results: the mathematical model of hydro and control systems can be used in the design of new units and to customize their control systems at the design stage. Scientific novelty: a new method of improvement of the automatic control of hydraulic units HPP and PSPP working with variable pressure. Project: NPP in the company "Enerhorehulyator" in the design and development of control systems and hydroelectric power units in the educational process of the department of power plants NTU "KhPI".
